Darren Catherall

Darren is an Australian tax lawyer with over 17 years tax experience working for government (ATO) and private practice. Darren is also registered as a UK Lawyer in the UK. Darren’s tax experience includes working as a Director at Deloitte Private tax and the ATO. Prior to this Darren has worked in the tax and legal teams at Pitcher Partners, EY and Deloitte London (UK).
Darren currently advises individual clients (Australian high net worth families and expats), and also clients in the areas of property development, retail, hospitality and consumer business. Darren’s particular focus is resolving disputes with the ATO, tax planning, tax structuring and tax optimisation strategies. Together our directors offer exceptional service to all of our clients. We enjoy helping our clients achieve their financial and taxation goals.
Nathan Costley

Nathan is a UK and Australian tax advisor and accountant with 20+ years experience. He has lived as an Australian expat in the UK since 2005. During this time he has developed unique expertise of the UK and Australian tax systems and has previously worked with EY, Aviva and Deutsche Bank.
Bradley Murphy

Bradley is an Australian tax advisor and tax lawyer with 15 years tax experience gained working in Australia and London and an expat himself. Bradley is also registered as a UK Lawyer in the UK. Bradley’s experience most recently includes working as a Director with Deloitte tax. Prior to this, Bradley worked with KPMG and in the in-house tax team of Qantas Airways. Bradley’s clients includes Australian and international businesses, individuals and families. During his time working in London,
Bradley advised a range of Australian expats and UK expats relocating to Australia or to the UK, and also businesses looking to expand into the Australian and UK markets. Bradley also has particular expertise in assisting US Expats with US and Australian tax advice. Bradley used his extensive Australian and international tax experience to start his own expat tax advisory firm to best serve his clients. He enjoys listening to and understanding each client’s individual circumstances and requirements and helping them achieve their goals.
